I've realised I don't really get much dairy in my diet. I don't like milk but sometimes use some on my cereal but that's about it. I eat the string cheese because it's 1 point and I can handle it but I don't eat much dairy otherwise. sometimes yogurt but not much else. I'll have to work on that. I feel okay today. really bloated and yuck. my allergies have been bad so exercise is a struggle breathing wise (I have asthma, too). I'm scared to WI on Saturday :( knowing how badly I've failed at losing weight in January and February... I guess I am not THAT hopeful for March. maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised! I'm going to try and do my best tomorrow to get my food guidelines and water in and do some exercise and that's all I can do :)

argh. while today doesn't look bad point-wise, it was NOT a good day for me overall. I mean, I had strawberry shortcake for lunch! I try not to eat too many white carbs but since I didn't have Birthday cake this weekend, I thought it was an okay treat for 4 points and a fruit serving. I've had 2 diet soda's the last 2 days which I try to avoid. but I was waiting so long for my dinner to cook, I had one to hold me over while it baked. as far as dinner goes, I experimented trying to make chicken tenders by breading a whole organic chicken breast myself. I cut the chicken into strips after thawing it, dunked it in a little bit of egg white, and then rolled it around in a "breading" I made and baked it. it would probably have been fine but the breading mixture I made up was pretty gross. then I had another luna bar this week (ugh! so much processed food! so little veggies!). I'm pmsing and chicken tenders and chocolate luna bars and strawberry shortcake... yikes. I really need to work on using my points on HEALTHY food! not just processed food and carbs. at least I got my water in for today :)

I know 1 clementine isn't a whole fruit serving but I'm counting it haha. also, today was my first weigh in and it went well :) I'll see if the weight stays off through the next weigh in before I get excited, though. I need to up my water a bit by my own standards, not WW's. I also need to buy 1% milk instead of 2% for less points. I like to buy organic and the organic at the store I shop comes in 2% so I will have to make a special trip for the 1% organic now. also it didn't taste like chocolate milk when mixed with the hershey's light syrup, which was a bummer since I don't drink plain milk.

today was my Birthday and I didn't go over my points! my best friend offered to take me out to lunch and I declined. my family offered to take me out to dinner and I declined that. I also chose to not celebrate and thus, no cake or anything bad. I even turned down all the free ice cream coupons that were emailed to me! so score one for an on-point Holiday!

ugh I felt REALLY sick to my stomach so I ended up not eating the rest of my points. I couldn't stomach anything. I drank a diet gingerale hoping to calm my stomach. I feel terrible :( hope I wake up and feel magically better in the morning. I had planned for my 3 points left: a yogurt (1 point and a dairy), a banana (2 points and a fruit/veg), and baby carrots (0 points and a fruit/veg) :( hopefully tomorrow I'll do better. I know it's important to eat all your points and I really want to meet my guidelines, too!
