the last two days I have had an upset stomach. very bloated and feel gross. I had a ginger ale tonight hoping it would help me feel better. my weight has gone up both days my stomach has felt bad so I think there's a connection there. retaining water. I hate this :(

I found some 2 point yogurt so I'm going to try one of those tomorrow for a dairy. the 1 point ones were so gross to me. I bought new milk that's 1/2 the fat of my old milk and the points are still the same for it so I was not happy about that. tomorrow I'm going to attempt to get all my requirements in, drink a lot of water and tea, and exercise... that's all I can do before the weigh in on Saturday morning, I guess. can't do anything about the bloating and upset stomach that seems to be affecting my weight right now. all I can do is keep on program. sigh.
