weigh-in was not great yesterday. only lost 0.2 lbs. we'll see how this week goes and then I'll play with flex and AP, I suppose. I bought a new lower point milk so I can use more than 1/2 a cup but I have to finish the old milk first. still working on the rest of the requirements.
