today was one of "those days" where I could have eaten everything in my whole house and STILL been hungry. just absolutely starving hungry. I was just inhaling food (hence all the snacking!) I drank so much water and 2 tea's just to try and curb all my hunger. nothing is satisfying me today :( which is particularly worrisome because my 2nd weigh-in is tomorrow morning and I wanted to have a good day today and didn't. I wanted all fruits, veggies, chicken, etc. no junk like ice cream and popcorn and crackers and such. sigh. I did the best I could today and all week so all I can hope is the scale isn't too harsh to me tomorrow.
